Winter Break Insomnia

So it's now winter break and i'm uberly tired. But so so sooo glad we don't have school right now. it's a gift from god. seriously. BUT, when we go back, it's going to be muy horible! ha gotta get that spanish flowig again now that the twins are home!

anyway. you probably have no idea what the heck i'm talking about. that's okay. so the dance show is like in what 2 weeks? 3 weeks? yeah, kill me! i hope we'll be ready by then. i am praying. for reals.

so, my twin cousins who lived in texas are moving to sd! yay! right now they're staying with the g-rents, so i've been practically living there too. yeah today i played the thomas the tank engine theme song and it's a small world about 15 times each on my ipod touch for them. yeah they aren't the greatest songs to get stuck in your head. but, they make the twins sooooo happy, which makes me happy, so it's all good. and they really like the bubblewrap app too. like they get really excited. and that's nice :)

so yeah. my vacation is pretty uneventful. christmas was bomb this year. not gonna lie. i love all my gifts. thanks :) really. i have yet to start on my hw, but let's not think about that until like the weekend before we go back. yeah? yeah.

ok. well my butt muscle is still messed up, so who knows when that's going to get better. i probably won't even be able to do extensions for the show. GREAT. fanfreakingtastic. whatev.

i need to go attempt to sleep.

i'll probably just end up playing gardening mama! or cooking mama 3! yeah. be jealous.

College apps are enough to make me not want to go to college which is ironic considering the whole purpose of them is to get into college.

I must say they make me feel inadequate. Especially those brag sheets. When you realize you have nothing to brag about...yeah, not fun.

Anyway. Thanksgiving break is in TWO days. I'm soooo excited. except I have a 5 page paper due when we get back... but that's okay! Hopefully my butt muscle will heal by then! yeah, I pulled some muscle in/around my butt. wonderful, i know.

And we have a tech rehearsal that following friday! The show is coming up soooon! well, not really, but after winter break, it's like right there.

Did the pig catch you?

Yes, my calculus teacher asked me that this morning when I came back to school after being sick all weekend plus monday and tuesday. you are so funny mr. R. so funny... :| anyway. It's been exactly a month since my lost post. heh. my bad. well the past five days have been hellish. the whole school is getting sick pretty much. i cold have had swine flu if i'm being honest, but it was most likely regular flu. and i'm recovering well enough. anyway.

what has happened in the last month...not much really. except i had a calc test every week like 3 weeks in a row. sure way to kill me: make a test that was supposed to be on monday, on friday and tell me on thursday. yeah that happened. not cute.

all the hc drama is done and over with. heard it was just whatever anyway, so yippeee. i was in bed with a 103 fever. i must say i was looking beautiful. oh yes. hopefully flu season ends like soon. very soon. and swine flu goes away. cause i cannot get sick again. no way jose.

what else. ah yes. dance is going fine. 3 guest choreographers have come in and all the dances are unique, so this show should be pretty good. i hope. except that second song that i spent like a year looking for is now on the radio. that's flipping great. now everyone who comes to the show will be like aghhh my ears, so overplayed. sorry chris brown just had to release that single now. cool.

ok i'll stop now. i have a buttload of make up work to do. one of the major bummers of being out sick. yeah seems the teachers have no sympathy these days. oh you were sick? too bad it's still late. not fair. AT ALL. maybe i should have came to school instead and infected you all just to turn in my work. yeah, not so brilliant.

and i ran a mile today! good god that was horrible.

i havent ran in TWO YEARS, so yeah it was a freaking nightmare.

i am doomed. seriously. jan show auditions are next tuesday and solo auditions are next thursday.

Yo. It's finally the weekend!

The rest of my week has been about as exciting as a toothpick.

I had calc and anatomy tests. those were fun.

we had january show auditions too and 9 dances are trying out. yeah, we'll see how that goes. Solo auditions are on thursday! gahhh! soo nervous!

let's see, wendy and i taught a technique class to intermediate and it went well i suppose. haha. They have potential definitely.

anyway. I love weekends. sleeping in = love. lol. hanging out with the cousin and some homework, that's about it. yay.

Hello again.

So after looking at my entry yesterday, I realized I wrote way too much. especially for a first entry. therefore, I'm writing a short one today.

All right. Today was minimum day which I LOOOOVE because I get out at 12. 4 hours of school is most definitely better than the 6ish i'm usually there for. But, this makes normal days feel even longer than usually, so tomorrow is not going to be fun. besides the fact that i have an anatomy quiz and calc test anyway.

So my biggest concern right now is my solo audition! A song would help, definitely. I'm thinking Good Luck by Basement Jaxx. Haven't heard of it? Go now and listen to it. There's a lot I can do with it, but idk. I'm not feeling it 100%. And, I need a song for my class dance audition too. Yeah, we'll see about that.

my first blog entry since the good ol' xanga days.

Hey! Welcome to my super exciting blog. yes. a blog. written by me. the most enthusiastic person you'll ever meet! Actually, I doubt there's anyone who hasn't met someone more exciting than me. That's quite all right. I take it all in stride.

Anyway. I go to west high. not that that's all that important, but generally when introducing yourself, school seems to be a common topic. I'm a senior, and I think that's weird. I'm a dancer and it's my outlet. enough said there. I take a reasonable amount of AP and honors classes. nothing ridiculous like 5 out of my 6 classes. please, i like to sleep at night thanks. i just recently got out of girl scouts. i feel so accomplished. Let's see...in my spare time, I: a. dance, b. read (yeah shut up), c. sleep, d. eat. that's pretty much it. I'd like to say I have a great social life and I go out with my friends everyday, but that'd be a completeee lie. and nobody likes liars, so i'll tell you the truth. i'm pretty lame and i'm sarcastic. I don't smile all that much, but i'm not really an angry person. I am bitter though. gotta give you that.

enough about me. actually, that's way too much about me.

let's go through my day, shall we?

in anatomy we labeled a bunch of parts on our bodies with...labels. fun. in calc we learned more calc. even more fun. in intermediate we did more presentations. yay. in advanced we reviewed stuff for open house. cool. and in lit we had a really awkward discussion that started off abut technology and somehow changed to the topic of sexual interaction. yes. that's my lit class spot on.

this is getting a bit longer than i intended my first post to be. so if you actually read this, i'm very sorry.
